Things are changing again for me and I'm starting a whole new thing! I'm doing something I've done for 30 years (What?? I'm that old??) but doing it in a new way!
It's time to start making and selling decorated cakes and all sorts of fun pastries FROM HOME!
I've decorated cakes in many different settings - from grocery stores to cafe's and pastry shops and, yes, even from home - but not as an actual business, until now. I'm so excited about this and looking forward to finding out what it's going to become!
And you get to join me on my journey! I'll be not only showing cakes and pastries I create but also plan on sharing with you some of the tips and tricks of the trade that I've learned along the way. That way, maybe you can learn from MY mistakes!

Here is my latest wedding cake. What fun! I was not quite sure If the white orchids would be the right choice until I got to the hall and every table had a bouquet of white flowers! I love it when that happens :)

So, my next project will be --- A video!! Like I mentioned earlier, I want to start sharing tips and tricks that I've learned over the years and some of them will be in video form!
